This one day workshop covers the fundamentals of Pre, Post and Inter-Event Massage, and Static Stretching, for qualified massage therapists.  Many massage therapists attend events to offer massage, and this workshop will show you how to apply the correct type of massage, depending on the event.

This workshop is suitable for all manual therapists (massage, remedial, sports) and bodyworkers.
