Muscle Energy Technique's (MET's) are a manual therapy techniques that uses the gentle muscle contractions of the client to relax and lengthen muscles and normalise joint motion.
These techniques are useful for all sports therapists, personal trainers, sports massage therapists, sports rehabilitators and physiotherapists.
Covering the following techniques applied to Upper and Lower Limbs and the Back:
Post Isometric Relaxation (PIR)
Reciprocal Inhibition (RI)
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
A qualification in one of the above professions is required to attend this workshop.
