Whilst traditional taping is no longer as popular as kinesiology taping, it is still a requirement in many sports for their therapist and first aiders to be trained in the use of traditional athletic taping.
This workshop will show you how to use the traditional zinc oxide, cohesive and EAB tapes, for support, injury and pain, and we will also look at its use in postural dysfunction.
This is a highly practical course - and for those with hairy skin, we will use underwrap during practice.
