Instructions for STO membership renewal.

If this is the first renewal on this site, you will required to complete an application form, once you have chosen your membership level and clicked next.  Please complete the application form as fully as possible so that we can give you the best experience in localised resources (where possible), and for enhanced details on our 'Find a Therapist' page.  You will not be required to send in any evidence of insurance, qualifications or CPD at this stage.  If you are chosen for a random audit, you will be required to send copies.
